Hi, I’m Nina
I’m a physiotherapist and wellness coach helping people move better, feel stronger, and build bodies that support them for the long term—wherever they are in the world.
With a background in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and women’s health, my work focuses on health longevity and early intervention. I treat a wide range of conditions—from back, shoulder, hip, and ankle issues, to pregnancy, postpartum, and pelvic pain in both men and women. I have a particular interest in the link between hip pain and pelvic floor dysfunction, an often-overlooked connection that can play a major role in persistent pain.
Alongside physiotherapy, I offer wellness and life coaching, helping you turn knowledge into action. Coaching provides support, structure, and accountability, so you can build sustainable routines for strength, recovery, and overall wellbeing—even when life is busy, unpredictable, or constantly changing.
All services are delivered virtually, using virtual biomechanics and movement analysis to create personalised plans that are just as effective as in-person care. Virtual sessions make expert support accessible whether you’re travelling, short on time, a new parent, or simply want care that fits into real life.
My goal is to help you feel confident in your body now, while also supporting your health and wellbeing for the future.
